Meagan Donovan, Team Manager
Meagan Donovan is a senior from Jacksonville Florida. She is a General Engineering and Chinese double major. She joined LEAD because she saw how it would give her an opportunity to practice and grow her leadership skills. Through LEAD, she has gained confidence in herself and has also learned immense power of various leadership styles working together as a team
Liv Ullmann, Tier 2 manager
Liv Ullmann is a senior from Atlanta Georga. She is majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Poverty & Human Capability Studies. She joined LEAD because she wanted the opportunity to learn more about her collaboration styles and the best ways that she can work with a team. She appreciates how LEAD focuses on introspective and team building classes. The most valuable thing she has learned through the LEAD program is that imposter syndrome is a common experience at this school and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed.
Thomas O’Connor, Co-programming coordinator
Thomas O’Connor is a sophomore from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is an Accounting and Mathmatics double major. Thomas joined LEAD because he did the Beyond LEADership trip for pre-orientation and loved it so much that he wanted to stay involved in the program. Through LEAD he has learned about his different strengths and weaknesses through the Clifton-Strengths exercise.
Sophia Taylor, Assistant Team Manager
Sophia Taylor is a junior from Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania. She is a Neuroscience and Spanish double major. She joined LEAD to develop her leadership skills, and hopefully help and influence others in an exec role. Through LEAD, she has learned how important it is to not only rely on your strengths, but the strengths of those around you for you can’t always do everything yourself.
Joe Lee, Tier 2 assistant team manager
Joe Lee is a Junior from Areadia, California. He is a Cognitive and Behavioral Science major and a Data Science minor. Joe joined the LEAD program mainly based on his experience in the AIM program, where he found the leadership workshops very helpful toward his success at W&L. He became a member to continue on this journey, and fell in love the LEAD organization, the people in it, and the abundance of materials LEAD has to offer everyone. Through this program he has learned that leadership manifests through various forms,
Sofia Iuteri, co-programming coordinator
Sophia is a sophomore from Greenwich, Connecticut. She is an Economics and Environmental Studies double major with an Entrepreneurship minor. Sophia joined LEAD because she aims to enhance her passion for leadership by becoming a more creative, self-aware, and inspiring leader. Through LEAD she has learned that a successful leader is not defined by a single person, but encompasses a broad range of skills while striving for personal collective improvement
Parker Sparks, facilitator coordinator
Parker is a senior from Greensboro, North Carolina. She is a History major with a Education Policy and Poverty & Human Capabilities Studies double minor. Parker joined LEAD to meet other students who have a passion for learning more about the meaning of leadership and how we can become more effective leaders. Through LEAD she has learned that leadership isn’t only about a title, we can all hold leadership roles in spaces from the classrooms to friends and family.
Dani Hackman, Service & COmmunity CHair
Dani is a junior from San Diego, California. She is a Cognitive Behavioral Science major with a Data Science and Poverty & Human Capability Studies double minor. Dani joined LEAD because she wanted to deepen her understanding of her leadership skills and how she can best utilize them in different contexts. Through LEAD, Dani has learned how her values influence her leadership and the importance of mentorship.
Riley Mitchelson, Assistant facilitator coordinator
Riley is a sophomore from Greene County, Virginia. He is a Political Science and Journalism double major, with a minor in African Studies. Riley joined LEAD because it’s an amazing program that works to develop not only leadership skills but also following skills. The information and courses provided are invaluable going into today’s workforce. Through LEAD he has learned to know when to input his opinion, and when to stay quiet.
HannaH Grace Kornberg, COmmunications and PR Chair
HG is a sophomore from Cohutta, Georgia. She is a Business admin and Spanish double major. She joined LEAD because she wanted to hone her leadership skills and meet some awesome people. Through LEAD, HG has learned about how to be a better team member and has gotten the chance to practice effective communication skills.
